Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers for immediate hire in Gilroy, CA. This position offers an opportunity to start within the week for qualified candidates. The role is essential in supporting the operations of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring that materials and products are handled efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading company trucks to facilitate smooth operations.
• Moving merchandise to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Properly receiving, stacking, and storing materials and products following warehouse guidelines.
• Pulling orders, packing, and wrapping boxes for shipment to ensure they are ready for delivery.
• Assisting in completing basic shipping and receiving paperwork to maintain accurate records.
• Handling materials safely, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift heavy items safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow warehouse guidelines and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, ensuring fair compensation for all team members.

The maximum and minimum pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
